Meet Your Assessment Team

Tammy, Assessor

Tammy is the Dorr Township Assessor. Tammy has been with Dorr Township since April of 2014, starting as Deputy Assessor and elected in April, 2021. Tammy  holds a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.

Shannon, Deputy Assessor

Shannon oversees our field assistants and works in the office. Shannon also is responsible for updating building property characteristics, splits and combinations, and drawing new constructions in our database. Shannon holds a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.

Sam, Deputy Assessor

Sam is responsible for answering taxpayer questions, helping with exemptions and general information.  Sam also enters sale records, works closely with our county assessment office, and helps with assisting in the field collecting property data. Sam holds a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer designation with the Illinois Property Assessment Institute.

Marisa and Emily, Field and Office Assistants

Marisa and Emily work outside the office following up on building permits and speaking with the property owners. They are also responsible for keeping our database up to date.
