NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

To the legal voters, residents of Dorr Township in the County of McHenry and State of Illinois, that (pursuant to State Statutes (60 ILCSS 1/30-5 [c]) the 2022 Annual Town Meeting of said Township will take place on

Tuesday, April 12, 2022

being the second Tuesday of said month at the hour of 6:30 o’clock p.m. at Dorr Township Office, 1039 Lake Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois 60098, for the transaction of the miscellaneous business of the said Township; and after a Moderator having been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports of officers, and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of law, come before the meeting; and especially to consider and decide the following: AGENDA:  1)  Pledge of Allegiance; 2) Call to Order; Introduction of Township Officials; Election of Moderator; 3) Call of the Meeting;  4) Reading and approval of the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes deferred to 2022 Annual Town Meeting based on Covid-19 delay; 5)  Reading and approval of the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes; 6) Financial Reports; 7) Remarks by Supervisor; 8) Remarks by Highway Commissioner; 9) Remarks by Assessor; 10) Remarks by Electors; 11) Disposal of Surplus Township Assets; 12) Set time for the April 11, 2023 Annual Town Meeting; 13) Adjourn.
